miHoYo has officially announced version 5.7 'Song of Embers' for Genshin Impact, launching in early June 2026.

New Region: Sea of Embers

The Sea of Embers is located in the northern waters of Natlan, a mysterious ocean region shrouded in flames. It contains key clues about the 'Heavenly Principles' and multiple islands with unique environments.

New Characters

Two new 5-star characters: Featherflame (Pyro·Polearm) and Tidecaller (Hydro·Catalyst). Featherflame is a DPS with unique wing-based mechanics, while Tidecaller provides healing and Hydro application.

New Event: Trial of Embers

Limited-time event offering Primogems, materials, and the new 4-star weapon 'Blade of Embers'.

System Improvements

Artifact loadout slots increased to 10, Spiral Abyss reset schedule adjusted, new local specialty tracking feature.
